Dr Sally Lewis, Dr Jane Andrew and Phd candidate Fae Heaselgrave have developed a course that brings together students from communication, marketing and digital media to develop a social media campaign for an industry client. RMIT brought together students from human resources, marketing and accounting disciplines in the Future of Work course, to research and develop project reports and recommendations for three different industry and community partners. A Workshop initiated the collaborative process to negotiate and design the project briefs, overarching learning goals, benefits and proposed outcomes of the projects.
Dr Jeri Childers and Ann Schoefer, supported by research assistant Louisa Luong, are collaborating with staff, students and industry partners involved in the UTS Engineering and IT Summer Studio. Using design thinking methods and a variety of technologies students will solve complex, real-world problems.
